Beat Burnout

This comprehensive burnout therapy package is for people who are exhausted and struggling to keep up with what life throws at them.

The package is tailored specifically to your individual needs to help you beat burnout.

Format:

  • x1 - 90 minute initial assessment session. Either in-person or online (via GoogleMeet).
  • x5 - 60min full sessions. Either in-person or online (via GoogleMeet).
  • x3 personalised audio recordings: two 10-15min recordings / one 20-30min recording.
  • Weekly or fortnightly schedule.
  • You will be contacted within one working day to schedule your package.

What to expect:

  • A thorough assessment of the factors in your life that may be keeping you burnt out.
  • A deep understanding of how your personal values can support you to recover from burnout.
  • How to recover and prevent future burnout, including putting boundaries in place.
  • Tools, tips and audio recordings to help you recover from burnout and prevent future burnout.

 

The Beat Burnout therapy package is for you if you can answer 'yes' to the following questions:

  1. Do you feel like you are drained, exhausted or tired most of the time? Or feeling helpless, stuck or like you can’t cope with your usual day-to-day tasks?
  2. Are you motivated to make some changes and gain a deeper understanding of yourself?
  3. You can you attend the session between 9am-6pm Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri or 10am-7pm Wed, GMT (UK time)?
